THE ESSENTIALS
Understand Brain Health.
Place it within a clinical and scientific framework.
A French-language training program designed primarily for physicians and open, through selective admission, to certain qualified healthcare professionals.
The Brain Health Clinique® Training Program provides structured teaching on the principal concepts developed by Amen Clinics in relation to brain function, cognition, behavior, lifestyle-related factors and functional brain SPECT imaging. These concepts are placed within the broader context of contemporary scientific knowledge in order to understand their contributions, limitations and the precautions required when interpreting them.

Why This Training Programme Was Created
Knowledge relating to brain health has expanded considerably in recent years. The interactions between the brain, cognition, behavior, sleep, metabolism, nutrition, physical activity and mental health now occupy an increasingly important place in the scientific literature.
Yet this knowledge often remains divided across multiple disciplines and specialties. It is rarely brought together within an integrated framework that makes it possible to understand its interactions, complementarities and limitations.
The Brain Health Clinique® Training Program was created in response to this reality.
It offers French-speaking physicians the opportunity to explore the principal concepts developed by Amen Clinics within a structured teaching program that remains faithful to the original framework while placing it in the broader context of contemporary scientific knowledge, in order to understand its contributions, limitations and the precautions required when interpreting it.

A Clinical Approach Developed Over More Than 35 Years
Training objectives
This training program is designed to enable participants to:
- understand the fundamental principles of Brain Health and the main models developed by Amen Clinics;
- identify the interactions between brain function, cognition, behavior, sleep, metabolic health and lifestyle-related factors;
- place the concepts studied within the context of contemporary scientific knowledge;
- understand the role assigned to functional brain SPECT imaging within the Amen Clinics framework;
- distinguish the contributions of this approach, its limitations and the precautions required when interpreting it;
- integrate this knowledge into their clinical reasoning while respecting current recommendations, diagnostic frameworks, their scope of practice and the standards specific to their specialty.
The Programme
Six areas for a structured
understanding of Brain Health
Foundations of Brain Health
Understand the core principles of the Brain Health framework, the logic on which it is based, and the way it connects brain function, overall health, and modifiable factors.
Brain, Cognition, and Behavior
Explore the relationships between memory, attention, executive functions, emotions, and behavior.
Factors Influencing Brain Health
Sleep, physical activity, nutrition, stress, inflammation, cardiovascular health, and metabolic health.
Functional Brain SPECT Imaging
Understand its principles, its place within the Amen Clinics framework, as well as its limitations and the precautions required for its interpretation.
Functional Profiles Developed by Amen Clinics
Study the main profiles developed in their teaching and understand the logic on which they are based.
Clinical Perspective
Connect the different concepts studied and place them within a structured understanding of brain health.
SCIENTIFIC FRAMEWORKS
Placed Within a Broader Scientific Context
The programme draws primarily on the framework developed by the Amen Clinics.
These concepts are placed within the broader context of contemporary scientific knowledge through an ongoing review of the literature, including publications and resources from Harvard Medical School, Columbia University, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM®), together with relevant international guidelines for the topics covered.
This broader perspective helps distinguish between concepts that are specific to the Amen Clinics framework, those supported by a wider body of scientific evidence, and those that remain subject to debate or require particular caution in their interpretation.
Who Is This Training For?
The Brain Health Clinique® Training Program is intended primarily for physicians
who wish to deepen their understanding of the interactions between
brain function, cognition, behavior, metabolic health,
and lifestyle-related factors.
It may be particularly relevant to general practitioners, internists,
neurologists, psychiatrists, endocrinologists, sports medicine physicians,
as well as physicians working in prevention, longevity,
or cognitive health.
Applications from qualified health professionals in other disciplines
may be considered individually, based on their training,
scope of practice, and professional experience.

Leadership
The Brain Health Clinique® Training Program is led by
Dr Farida Sebbag, PhD, founder of HypnoCorpe®.
Certified as a Brain Health Trainer by Amen Clinics, she presents
the principal concepts from this framework in French,
while placing them within a broader scientific context.
Her teaching is informed by an ongoing review of the international
scientific literature, together with her experience in the analysis
of complex medical situations.
This approach makes it possible to connect brain health, cognition,
behavior, sleep, metabolism, nutrition, physical activity
and other lifestyle-related factors, while distinguishing
what belongs specifically to the framework being taught,
what is more broadly established within the scientific literature,
and what still requires caution in interpretation.

A Structured Eight-Week Learning Journey
Brain Health Clinique® Training is delivered over eight weeks through a structured programme of live teaching, combined with independent study between sessions.
Each week combines a live teaching session with carefully selected resources designed to reinforce, consolidate and deepen the concepts covered.
Participants receive essential scientific references as well as additional resources, allowing them to adapt the level of further study to their professional background and existing knowledge.
Questions may be submitted between sessions. They are reviewed, grouped and addressed during the following live session when they are of educational relevance to the cohort, helping to maintain a structured and coherent progression throughout the programme.

Progressive Assessment of Learning
KNOWLEDGE VALIDATION
Progressive assessment
throughout the program
Four MCQs are distributed across the eight weeks of training,
with approximately one assessment every two weeks.
Each assessment covers the concepts studied during the preceding
sessions and contributes to the overall result of the program.
Validation is therefore based on continuous progression
rather than on a single final examination.
This structure allows the acquisition and understanding
of knowledge to be assessed regularly.
The final result is communicated at the end of the program.
Certificate of Successful Completion — Brain Health Clinique® Training Program
Subject to meeting the participation and validation criteria
defined for the session, this certificate is issued by HypnoCorpe®
at the end of the program. It confirms successful completion
of the training and does not constitute a university degree,
a medical specialty qualification, or a certification issued by Amen Clinics.

Integrating Knowledge
Into Your Own Practice
The knowledge explored throughout the Brain Health Clinique® Training Program
is intended to enrich the understanding of certain situations encountered
in professional practice.
Its application depends on each participant’s specialty, initial training,
scope of practice, and professional setting.
The training therefore provides an additional framework for interpretation
and reflection, without replacing current scientific recommendations,
diagnostic frameworks, or the professional responsibilities
specific to each discipline.
