THE ESSENTIALS
Understand changes in memory,
attention and mental clarity.
Identify what deserves further investigation.
Memory lapses, brain fog or unusual mental fatigue may persist despite previous investigations. With or without an established diagnosis, you want to understand what is changing, why the difficulties remain and what can be considered next.
Brain Health Clinique® brings a focused analysis of brain health and cognition into your Décodage Biologique Clinique® investigation. Dr Farida Sebbag examines your symptoms alongside your medical history, diagnoses, treatments, available assessments and sleep. She investigates discrepancies, considers alternative hypotheses and identifies information that may still be missing. You receive reasoned findings, supported hypotheses and documented options for the next steps, with their limitations, in your patient report and the summary for your physician. Brain Health Clinique® is included when relevant within the standard engagement, without an additional fee.

WHY YOU MAY SEEK THIS ANALYSIS
Changes in memory · difficulty sustaining attention or concentration · brain fog · mental fatigue · disturbed sleep · changes following treatment · persistent difficulties after a neurological event · concerns about cognitive ageing.
WHAT I ANALYSE
Medical and neurological history · chronology of cognitive changes · existing assessments and imaging reports · laboratory findings · medication doses, changes and tolerability · sleep and other relevant health factors, to examine whether the existing explanations account for your difficulties.
THE OBJECTIVE
Investigate what may explain the changes, identify discrepancies or missing information, and establish which hypotheses and options are sufficiently supported to inform further assessment, prevention or treatment discussions with the physician of your choice.
30-day investigation · within Décodage Biologique Clinique® · 1 patient · 1 case · personally conducted by Dr Farida Sebbag from the initial interview to the final reports
A memory difficulty, a change in concentration or persistent mental fatigue cannot always be understood from a single test result.
Its significance depends on when it began, how it has evolved, the treatments taken and the wider medical circumstances.
The investigation brings these elements together to examine possible explanations and determine which questions still require an answer.
01 Consider brain health within the whole medical history
Cognitive difficulties are examined alongside the neurological findings already available, rather than separately from the rest of your health.
Depending on the case, the analysis may consider sleep, medication effects, vascular or metabolic conditions and other documented factors relevant to the changes reported.
Their presence alone does not establish a cause: each possibility must be assessed against the chronology and the evidence in your records.
02 Investigate what the symptom means in your case
Similar complaints can arise in different circumstances. A concentration difficulty that began after a medication change does not raise exactly the same questions as one that developed gradually or followed a documented neurological event.
The work examines what preceded the difficulty, what changed alongside it and whether the explanations already considered account for its course.
Where they do not, alternative hypotheses are examined against the available information and relevant scientific evidence.
03 Take persistent changes seriously without assuming a diagnosis
You may notice reduced mental clarity, unusual cognitive fatigue or greater difficulty managing tasks that previously felt straightforward.
These experiences do not, on their own, establish a neurological disease.
They do, however, provide information that can be examined alongside your medical records, particularly when the changes persist, evolve or affect your daily life.
04 Establish what reassuring investigations do and do not explain
Reassuring neurological assessments, imaging or other investigations provide valuable information. They may exclude or make certain explanations less likely without answering every question raised by persistent difficulties.
The analysis examines the actual findings and their scope, identifies which questions have already been addressed and investigates those that remain unresolved.
A reassuring result is neither dismissed nor treated as an explanation for every symptom.
05 Examine change over time
Brain health is considered through the available evidence of change: previous functioning, reported difficulties, formal assessments where available, treatment responses and the wider medical history.
This helps distinguish documented findings from subjective changes that still require assessment, and identify which developments may warrant further medical evaluation or monitoring.
Any conclusion about preserved functioning is tied to the evidence available in your case.
06 Inform prevention without claiming to predict the future
Concerns about cognitive ageing can justify examining documented risk factors and the questions they raise for your care.
The objective is to identify relevant issues that can be addressed or monitored, while recognising that an individual’s neurological future cannot be predicted with certainty.
The analysis does not promise that cognitive decline or neurological disease can be prevented.
07 Bring focused expertise to the questions your case raises
When cognition or brain health forms an important part of your situation, Brain Health Clinique® allows these questions to be investigated in greater depth within the overall Décodage Biologique Clinique® engagement.
The work remains connected to the full case, including other relevant dimensions examined through NeuroReset® or Longevity Clinique®.
Dr Farida Sebbag determines which analytical approaches are appropriate for the questions being investigated. You do not need to select a separate programme.
The aim is to investigate why cognitive difficulties persist or change, what the available evidence can explain and which documented possibilities deserve consideration next.
When may Brain Health Clinique® be relevant?
Cognitive ageing and prevention
When your medical history raises questions about changes in memory or cognitive abilities, or about documented factors that may influence brain health as you age.
Memory, attention or concentration
When persistent or evolving difficulties need to be examined alongside your medical history, treatments, previous assessments and the sequence of events.
Brain fog, mental fatigue or sleep-related difficulties
When mental clarity, cognitive stamina or sleep has changed and the available explanations do not adequately account for what you experience.
Following a documented neurological event
Following a stroke, concussion, traumatic brain injury or another neurological event already medically managed, when persistent cognitive difficulties or their evolution require further analysis in the context of your whole medical history.
Cognitive difficulties with several possible contributors
When neurological findings, treatments, sleep, vascular or metabolic conditions, or other relevant factors raise overlapping questions that have not yet been examined together.
You describe your situation and the questions you want answered. The eligibility assessment determines whether a Décodage Biologique Clinique® investigation is appropriate. Dr Farida Sebbag incorporates Brain Health Clinique® when your case requires it. There is no separate programme to select and no additional fee for its inclusion within the standard engagement.

Why the name
“Brain Health Clinique®”?
Within HypnoCorpe®, Brain Health refers to brain health considered over time: cognitive functioning, neurological history, risk factors and the circumstances that may influence how these evolve.
This extends beyond the absence of neurological disease. It means examining what is known about your current cognitive functioning, how it has changed and which factors may help preserve it or warrant particular medical attention.
The words Brain Health identify the focus of this analysis: understanding difficulties experienced today while considering the questions they raise about prevention and cognitive ageing.
The French term Clinique reflects the importance of your individual context. Information is examined alongside your medical history, symptoms, investigations, treatments, observed responses and changes in cognitive functioning, rather than being interpreted in isolation.
Brain Health Clinique® does not assign a “brain profile”, predict your neurological future or provide a general “brain optimisation” programme.
It provides a framework for investigating cognitive and brain health questions when your records indicate that this is relevant. The analysis examines possible explanations, compares them with the available evidence and identifies discrepancies, missing information and questions that warrant further medical assessment.
Depending on your situation, this may involve examining memory, attention, concentration, sleep, cognitive stamina and treatments, together with relevant neurological, vascular, metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, behavioural or environmental factors. Their relevance is assessed against your history and the evidence available in your case.
Brain Health Clinique® is included within Décodage Biologique Clinique® when your case requires it. Dr Farida Sebbag incorporates this focused analysis when the questions raised by your records call for a closer examination of brain health or cognition; you do not need to select a separate service.
Your situation determines the analysis. The questions raised by your records determine which areas require closer investigation.
Brain Health Clinique®
01 Its role within your HypnoCorpe® investigation
Brain Health Clinique® brings focused analysis of brain health and cognition to your Décodage Biologique Clinique® investigation when these questions are important to understanding your situation.
Dr Farida Sebbag examines how the difficulties you describe relate to your medical history, investigations, diagnoses and treatments. An existing explanation is assessed against the evidence in your records; it is not assumed to account for every symptom or subsequent change. Where discrepancies remain, alternative hypotheses and missing information are investigated.
Depending on your case, this work may be combined with NeuroReset® or Longevity Clinique® when questions about regulation, adaptation or changes in health over time need to be examined together.
You bring the questions you want answered. Dr Farida Sebbag determines which areas of analysis are needed to investigate them. These complementary approaches are included without an additional fee within the standard Décodage Biologique Clinique® engagement.
02 What the analysis examines
The analysis investigates what may account for your cognitive difficulties, their persistence or their evolution by bringing together the relevant information from your records and your own observations.
Depending on the questions raised, this may include:
- attention, concentration and executive functions, such as planning and organisation;
- memory and changes in cognitive functioning over time;
- cognitive ageing and documented factors associated with cognitive decline;
- cognitive changes following a stroke, traumatic brain injury or concussion already medically managed;
- sleep, circadian rhythms and their possible relationship with the difficulties reported;
- medications, doses, duration, changes in treatment, tolerability and the timing of observed effects;
- relevant vascular, metabolic, hormonal or inflammatory findings;
- behavioural and environmental factors that may contribute to the situation.
Mood, motivation and emotional regulation may also be examined when relevant. Their presence does not, by itself, establish the cause of the cognitive difficulties. Their timing and relationship with the rest of the medical history are considered alongside other possible explanations.
When treatment tolerability is a concern, the work may include comparing documented alternatives, their benefits, risks and interactions, and their availability in your country. Missing laboratory information or other assessments that could help clarify a hypothesis are identified and their relevance explained for discussion with your physician.
03 Scientific foundations and assessment of evidence
Research is guided by the questions raised by your case, rather than by a single theory applied to every patient.
Relevant sources may include publications and recommendations from neurology, neuroscience, neuropsychology, sleep medicine, vascular and metabolic prevention, and research into cognitive ageing and neuroplasticity. Each source is examined for its relevance to the specific question under investigation.
Educational resources and concepts developed by Dr Daniel Amen and Amen Clinics may also inform questions considered in the analysis, drawing on Dr Farida Sebbag’s Brain Health training.
These resources are assessed alongside the wider scientific literature. An educational framework, a published study and a clinical guideline do not carry the same evidential weight. The analysis considers the quality of the evidence, the population studied and the limits of applying those findings to your circumstances.
Functional brain imaging, including SPECT, may be discussed when relevant to a specific medical question. It is not a routine component of this service, and an imaging finding is not treated in isolation as proof of an explanation.
Where further imaging or another investigation requires medical assessment, ordering or interpretation, this remains the responsibility of the appropriately qualified healthcare professional. HypnoCorpe® can document the question and the reasons for considering it.
The conclusions distinguish what is supported by the evidence, what remains a hypothesis and what cannot yet be established. References are provided so that the reasoning and its scientific basis can be examined.
04 Scope and boundaries of the service
HypnoCorpe® investigates the diagnoses, treatments and explanations already present in your records. This includes examining their consistency with the symptoms reported, the sequence of events, treatment responses and subsequent developments.
Where an explanation leaves important findings unresolved, the analysis may identify reasons to reconsider it and formulate alternative hypotheses, with supporting arguments, contradictory evidence and the information still needed to assess them.
This investigative work does not constitute a neurological or psychiatric consultation, a neuropsychological assessment, cognitive rehabilitation or a standalone treatment programme. It complements the care provided by the professionals responsible for your medical management.
HypnoCorpe® does not make a medical diagnosis, prescribe medication or change your treatment. Documented treatment options can be compared within the analysis; decisions about their use remain with your treating physician or another physician of your choice. The service does not provide emergency care.
The purpose is to investigate what remains unexplained and identify substantiated possibilities for the next steps. The conclusions may support an existing explanation, reveal its limitations or provide reasons for a different medical assessment.
05 What you receive
You receive the reasoned conclusions of the investigation, including the findings relevant to brain health and cognition. These form part of your Décodage Biologique Clinique® deliverables.
An explanatory report for you presents the findings in accessible language. A reasoned summary for the physician of your choice sets out the relevant evidence, hypotheses, scientific references and questions requiring medical consideration.
Depending on your case, these documents may include:
- a reconstructed chronology of cognitive difficulties, investigations and treatments;
- the explanations supported by your records, alternative hypotheses and the arguments supporting or limiting each;
- discrepancies that justify reconsidering an earlier explanation;
- an assessment of possible treatment-related effects and, where relevant, a comparison of documented alternatives;
- missing information, further checks worth considering and priorities for discussion with your physician.
You can see what the investigation has clarified, why each conclusion has been reached and what remains unresolved. A definitive explanation, prediction of future cognitive health or improvement in symptoms cannot be guaranteed.
06 Is this investigation appropriate for your situation?
Start by describing what has changed, what continues to affect you and which questions remain unanswered. You do not need to decide which analytical approach your case requires.
The eligibility assessment determines whether a Décodage Biologique Clinique® investigation is appropriate, taking into account your request and the medical information available. The terms and fees are communicated before any commitment.
If your case is accepted, an engagement agreement is sent to you for signature and your records are collected through the designated secure channel.
The thirty-day engagement begins upon receipt of your complete records, after the agreement has been signed and the required formalities and payment conditions have been fulfilled. Dr Farida Sebbag personally conducts the analysis.
Brain Health Clinique® is incorporated when the questions arising from your history and records warrant focused investigation of cognition or brain health. Its use depends on the whole situation, rather than on a symptom label alone.
One engagement brings together the areas of analysis needed to address your questions, without an additional fee for Brain Health Clinique® within the standard mission.
Describe the difficulties you want investigated and the answers you are still seeking. The eligibility assessment determines whether Décodage Biologique Clinique® is appropriate for your situation. Dr Farida Sebbag then incorporates the areas of analysis your case requires.
